Here’s a chance to give back to the trails we all enjoy. State Patrol work party, Saturday, December 3, 2011, 1pm-4pm. This may be the first of several but we’ll focus on upper “Slalom” this week. Work will be pretty easy, consisting mostly of filling in the rain erosion trench that occurred earlier this year. Please respond to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. This allows many of us to get a ride in with the Roasters group, then work the trail a bit in the afternoon. Please spread the word.

Swap meet after the final Chinook Training Series ride, Sunday, December 4, 2011. Do you have bikes or parts that you don’t use or don’t need? Here’s your chance to make some Christmas cash. After the final event of the series we’ll be having a swap meet. Chinook will have a few tables for all to display. Bring your stuff, with some type of identifying label with your name and your price. When you finish your ride, bring your items to the table. Make sure to stick around to answer any questions and be available to make the sale/collect money. There will also be a “free” table, but please don’t bring junk that no one could use.
