Riders are required to come to a complete stop (wheels not rotating) at all stop signs and one foot must touch the ground (strictly enforced). Under no circumstances may a rider cross the yellow centerline / ride in the on-coming traffic lane. Riders should carry a spare tube and be prepared to fix a flat tire, should you get one.
